These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to www.autoconfianzamasc.online (the “Website”) and the purchase and use of the digital products sold by Autoconfianza (“we”, “our” or “us”) — the trade name of the business operated by Caio de Almeida Selau, identified in the footer of this Website. By using the Website or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who We Are

Autoconfianza is the trade name of a sole-proprietor business registered in Brazil and operated by Caio de Almeida Selau. Full registration details, including the business tax ID (CNPJ), appear in the footer of every page of this Website.

2. Products We Sell

We sell digital products only, in three lines:

• Infoapps — digital content applications combining instructional material with practical tools, sold as one-time purchases
• Ebooks and digital guides — downloadable digital books, sold as one-time purchases
• SaaS — web-based software offered on a recurring subscription

Each product's sales page describes its content, format, price and the guarantee that applies. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. Where a product requires an account or login, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed before checkout, in the currency indicated on the sales page, and may change at any time without affecting orders already placed.
• Payments are processed by independent, secure payment platforms. Purchases may also be subject to the platform's own checkout terms.
• An order is confirmed when the payment platform confirms the payment. We may cancel orders showing evidence of fraud or abuse, refunding any amount paid.
• Applicable taxes, exchange rates and card fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.

5. Delivery and Access

Products are delivered electronically. Access details or download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If you have not received access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us — resolving delivery issues is a priority.

6. Subscriptions and Renewals

• SaaS plans renew automatically at the interval stated at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
• If the price of a plan changes, the new price applies only from the next renewal, and we will let you know in advance.

7. License and Acceptable Use

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share any product or its content
• Share login credentials or circumvent access controls
• Use the Website or products for unlawful purposes, or in ways that damage their operation
• Reverse engineer, scrape or extract the software or content, except where the law expressly permits

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and in our products — text, software, design, graphics, trademarks and trade dress — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product transfers no ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: one-time digital purchases are covered by a guarantee period stated at checkout (never shorter than the period required by applicable consumer law), and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

10. Educational Content Disclaimer

Our infoapps and ebooks provide general educational and informational content. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Website and our products available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve or modify products over time. If we permanently discontinue a product you have purchased, we will offer a reasonable solution — such as continued access to downloadable content, an equivalent product or a proportional refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Website or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
